What did you expect to happen?
Were you not aware of these things happening?
Since you are doing self Medication, getting a prescription is out of the question.
There is one way though, become a skin specialist and then may be you can help yourself.

Forgot about it and never make such mistakes in future. You need itemized Medicines cash memo (bill) and Doctors prescription both. Name of the Physician must be there in prescription.
