I want to quit mustarbation and porn
I am addicted in mustarbation ... I have tried a lot of times to quit it, but I fail... As I am student of 17 yrs so it highly affects my studies and my mental and physical health... I always feel  unenergetic due to mustarbation and I am masturbating for 3.5 years, sometimes 2-3 days or 7-10 days or15- 30 days interval surely after watching porn videos or vulgar videos or vulgar picture ... I can't control myself in porn videos and mastarbating...I need help so that I quit mustarbation forever
