Im 20yrs old boy and i had left shoulder pain,left arm pain,left back pain i did echo nd ecg and everything was normal.but i also feel some kind of heaviness on chest when i sit nd kind of short pinching like pain inside...im 113 kg nd my bp is 145/80...so wtat is my problem??should i take angiogram test??
