If you have significant restriction in movement, it's best to consult a physiotherapist. If not you could do simple wrist and finger exercises.
1. Move the wrist up and down
2. Move the fingers away and back.
3. Use a smiley ball to improve the grip strength. Keep squeezing the ball.
