I want to ask for vaccination

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Is it suitable to my father for vaccination being a sugar patient and age is of 60years old and was also having the blood clotting in brain twelve years ago but now he is fine from that situation but sugar is not in a controlled condition it is like 160-300 level of sugar so please suggest me in this condition it is better to be vaccinated or not..?? Thanks alot
