Hi You have gone through a lot and you want to talk about how you feel with someone. Therapy is a warm and comfortable space to talk about anything that is bothering you. I understand it can be tough to go through trauma. It is important to remember that you can feel better and become a strong person. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about what you went through. A psychologist will help you feel good and positive.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi... First of all please look for a Counselling facility in your college/institute, if it is available and in your access, please give it a try. Your issues have developed over a long period of time so it will be naive to assume that they can be completely undone in a short span of time. But with proper guidance and supportive counselling you will be able to address your immediate triggers much more effectively and will be able to address your core issues from the root. You will eventually realize that most situations and even our past demons (metaphor) are powerless without our reaction. It is our thoughts and emotions in a negative loop that are making our past appear as real as our present and making us feel that our future will also be the same. Fortunately, this is not the case. You are growing up and you mind/brain is becoming more capable of dealing with life challenges. You are a young adult now and much more stronger than you as a teenager. You will be even more stronger once you grow as an adult. Our brain (prefrontal cortex) is also developing till the age of 25 (average). Emotional regulation is one such task that is also a function of prefrontal cortex. So it will not be wrong to say that an adult (25 year old) can more effectively regulate their emotions than a teenager or a young adult. Try to regulate your routine first, in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise and breathing/meditation. It will help you regulate your mood much more effectively. Your core issues will take time, i.e., 1—2 years of weekly counselling sessions but your immediate triggers will get better within 4—6 months of weekly counselling sessions. When in a storm. Remember, you don't need to calm the storm. Calm yourself and the storm shall pass.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Supportive Counselling is required.
