I took it two nights ago and wondering if there might be lasting damage. The first day was bad and I went to the pharmacist who said drink lots of water

Hi I think that the medication you used is for cold and flu. It doesnot have any significant long lasting effects of you used it only briefly. Do not panic regarding the issue
