I have had sex with my ex girlfriend many times.. Last in 2017..in mid 2019 after teeth surgery I had noticed one bump on tongue painless apthous ulcer on my gum and dry cough. It's 7 months now I have this.. At the end of the December doctor removed the bump. Biopsy report suggests that the bump is non-malignant and it's squamous papilloma.. Doctor saw the report and he told me it's normal.. And we gave me multivitamin for apthous ulcer and cough syrup for dry cough.. After 2weeks of medication I still have dry cough and apthous ulcer.. Is hpv still in my body? Can hpv cause dry cough and apthous ulcer? I am worried now.

Thanks for seeking help here.
After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests.... It's stress causing apthous ulcer and dry cough can be of many reasons but not HPV. Start cough syrup. Relax yourself. Apthous is self Limiting ulcer can be immune mediated. During stress it pops up bec of more inflammatory cytokines. As Ur having a recent surgery things just popped up.
