I think im having dementia
I had a hiv risk 8 years ago. I got tested now using tridot , westerrn blot and pcr . all the three were negative. But im actually feeling like my cognitive ability is declining. I find it hard to understand what i have read, and i cant speak properly sometimes. I dont know if its due to the anxiety or if its psychosomatic. Im also having vision problems. The optho doctor said my retina is fine. Im also having dry mouth . im very worried. My intelligence level keeps decreasing day by day. I can actually feel it. I cant afford more hiv tests. What should i do?

Hi There is no need to do HIV test again and again. The symptoms are suggestive of anxiety so meet a psychiatrist in person and get yourself evaluated. Thanks and regards
