I think I may be pregnant
I've been having cramping, hemorrhoids, loss of appetite but also hunger, I feel hungry but get nauseous when I eat. I've been getting nauseous just not actually throwing up. I have bad headaches, abdominal pain by the belly button, frequent urination and severe severe fatigue.

Get a simple urine for pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy...urune analysis to rule out any bacteriuria to prevent any damage to the fetus...and if possible a viability scan...and routine blood tests not to b forgotten...especially thalassemia screening
