I think I have PCOD
I am a 24 ur old student pursuing ca. I'm in my finals. I haven't got my periods since 5 months. And I have put on a lot of weight. I was under medication but I did not get my periods. But now I'm very scared. I eat a lot of junk. And I am very sure I have pcod. I am very scared. I've never been diagnosed with any disease earlier how ever I did get my sonography done earlier ( many years back)  when they said something about cists. No one really paid attention. I've started yoga and I'm giving up junk and sugar. But I need professional guidance. I am very scared. Is this gonna be okay? Please help me
