I think I have a blood clot

I had meniscus surgery last Friday, and I had no pain behind my knee until yesterday afternoon. Today it hurts behind my knee, and there is a lump the size of a penny that hurts to touch, and it's causing pain behind my knee that's become a concern of mine.
