I probably throw up 3 times a week.
Ever since I was about eleven I’ve had an extreme problem with throwing up. When I wake up to early in the morning I feel nauseous and the only way that I feel better is by throwing up. Another problem I have is that when I get really scared or anxious about something happening I’ll get really nauseous and throw up uncontrollably. An example is my graduation. Bc I was so afraid of walking in a room full of people I began repeatedly throwing up in my mouth because of my fear of crowds.

Your vomiting seems to be associated with an anxiety disorder. The only way to ensure that you stop vomiting from anxiety is to stop your anxiety altogether. That takes time and effort, and a comprehensive treatment specific to your anxiety symptoms. You can also take help from a psychiatrist who could help you with handling your anxiety and also prescribe you the necessary medications. Some methods which could help you are: - Avoid oily, greasy, fried and junk food. Eat a well balanced and healthy diet. - You should try and distract yourself from thoughts about nausea and vomiting. - Try to get your blood flowing a bit by walking or a light jog. It can be hard when you're feeling nauseated to get yourself moving, but if you can walk you'll find that some of your stress disappears and your stomach calms down slightly. - Pouring cold water over your face has shown to be helpful. - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga, meditation, etc. Ideally I would advise you to meet a psychiatrist.
