I mark 27 weeks 5 days pregnancy
Yesterdy night around 2 am i had stomach pain and i had dysentery one tym. After that i felt normal. Today i haven't pooped. During entire day i felt slight pain not always. The pain is not constant in one place. Is this issue serious?

If the baby movements are fine, there is no bleeding, pain is not continuing then it's fine. Get treated for loose stools but.
