I mam Im fat i need to get pregenancy
Dear mam, im fat in Physic and i need to get pregenancy soon, But im not interested to undergo with any surgery , i need a good gyno with carable doctor to take care of me in a proper way and im 27 yrs. im not interested to lose my weight. is there any possibility is there. Kindly Let me know.

If you want to lose weight then you need to do diet and exercise. Need to visit dietitian.
Weight and chances of conception are connected.
It's better to go back to your ideal weight before you get pregnant
