I m suffering from Ulcerative proctitis
Doctor, I am suffering from U.proctitis since last 1 year...currently on mesacol Of and mesalo foam...disease is on and off...currently bleeding problem started again...daily 2 motions...pls guide me how to manage my condition...
Is there any alternative treatment which can benefit me...pls suggest

You have to take mesacol and folvite life long.
And if in between there is bleeding per rectum then we consult near by gastroenterologist he will advise you proper treatment.
He will suggest you Prednisone in tapering way of doses
