I'm suffering from high BP
It's from a very long time my BP goes upto 170/90mm/hg. I take medicines but it don't cure completely and I have sugar also and I have back pain a lot

Dear.. You should monitor your BP always if it is always high you should take your allopathy medicine regularly.. We have to find out route cause first upto that you take tab. Raktadabhar vati twice a day.. Should do some yoga and pranayam There is chances to lower your bp and problam of sugar just contact me personally I will give you proper medicine and advising some pranayam which helps you a lot...that I am yoga evaluator will give you proper advice..good wishes..
