I am having herrmoiss and ibs.. Yesterday i went to gym.. and i felt increase in irritation and having a little akwardness above stomach

Hi there is no complete cure for ibs.... it's only symptomatic and conservative management.... have diet Rich in fibre... consult Gastroenterologist if severe..
