I m having bloody discharge while wiping
I m 7w5d , since today morning I had spotting. ...After that I have blood mixed mucus discharge while wiping...I have gone for usg...It shows 7.8mm g sac with no fetal pole and os is closed...plz tell?

It can be delayed conception or impending abortion wait for 7 days and repeat scan. Or early if you bleed much. Don't take supportive medicines now.

Hi, there is a higher possibility that this pregnancy may turn into miscarriage. As it looks like that there is a faulty development of the pregnancy.
We call it blighted ovum.
Other possibility is if u had irregular prolonged periods then sometimes there is a delayed development and it may look like this on sonography.
Next Steps
Consult a gynecologist. You may wait and watch for a week or so. U may get spontaneous bleeding or it may stop. If it stops then recheck with sonography. If the same or similar result then you may need some pills to
Clear it.
