Hello. I understand that motherhood can be difficult especially with an active child. However, most mothers usually displace their frustration onto their children when there may be another source of stress in their life. Is it possible in your case? Further, there may be some factors which can be modified around the house, as well as in the child's diet + routine which can help her sleep better. An experience psychiatrist can help with both issues.
Next Steps
See an experienced psychiatrist who can help you handle the stress and also evaluate the child
Health Tips
Refrain from reacting physically. Start making a routine for the young one.
