I have white spots hand feet underarm
I have white skin on both hands and feet and underarm. And side of ear the skin is very soft I do the wood lamp test on hands and feet but doesn't show anything on face hands and feet.but the patches are located in that part something small white thread are coming out I thing that is skin.can it is vitiligo please help.

It could be vitiligo. But even tinea versicolor can present as white patches. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
