I have very sensitive Penis tip
The head of my Penis is very sensitive, it pains wen I touch it, especially the area where the secretion comes from. Yes a vien has been attached to my penis head that makes it impossible to retract the foreskin for which I will have surgery. I want to know if my penis head can be desensitivize?
