  4. I have uvulitis? Makes it feel worse.

I have uvulitis?
I have a swollen uvula in my throat and it’s irritating my tongue. It feels like I constantly have something in my throat and that I’m choking. It’s worse when I sit up. Every time I swollow it feels like I’m going to be sick. I also have a blocked nose so breathing through my mouth makes it feel worse.

Seems like you have more than one ENT problem. Both Elongated uvula and blocked nose should be corrected.
