I need to remove these cut marks from my hand. They are self harm cuts and deep also. Kindly advice which treatment will be better to remove these cut marks permanently

Th scars usually donot respond much to creams and gels. They will help reduction only by 15-20 % The best available option for this is CO2 laser. It will require at least 4-5 sessions 1 month apart.
