I have scars on the left hand, this is more like a straight line about 2 cms. Is there any treatment/ointment available to treat/remove the scars permanently?

Please try carbon dioxide laser resurfascing. Creams cannot help you. Scars can be improved by 60 to 80 percent with laser. You can visit me for treatment
