I have red spots on my forehead

I have red spots on my forehead . Whenever I pinch it , it burst and some sort of liquid comes out from it . I have noticed whenever I eat sweet things the red spots come . What type of disease is this . How can I stop it . The doctor has given me a prescription of a cream named benxop and a face wash named trivera . Are these enough for this ?
