I have problems in respiration
When I get to sleep everynight, my respiration tract becomes totally blocked, and my mouth is automatically opened to pursue the respiration process. Knowing that, when I take a cold medicine for nasal drops, the respiration becomes normal even when I sleep

You need to consult ENT surgeon. There is some obstruction in the nose, which has to be investigated
