do you work on computer then it may be computer vision syndrome and you must follow the advice of dr mittal. if not then send your closeup pic with detailed history or cnsult an ophthalmologist.

Try
A.cold compresses
B. Blink a lot
C use antiglare glasses
D. Use lubrucating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
