I have problem in urinating. I have?

I am 24 years male. Some 20 days back i had problem in urinating, as in the amount of urine was very less , felling of incomplete bladder, increased frequency. I consulted a doctor and he asked me to have urine culture, KUB scan and Uroflowmetry. My urine culture and KUB scans very normal and after seeing Uroflowmetry he told me i have Dyssynergia bladder and gave Sildoo 8mg, Contiflo Icon 0.4 and COQ LC for 1 month. and i am taking them for last 20 days and i have slight relief. I read on internet that it is a neurological problem. Can dyssynergia bladder be diagnosed based on Uroflowmetry only? Do I have the dyssynergia bladder? What is the cure for it? If I dont have the problem then should i do? What is the possible disease that i have?
