I have plate in my hand
I met with accident 1.5 years ago...i have a surgery nd fitted plate in left hand... Doctor said he will remove tht plate in next 6 months... So my question is tht... Will i be able to go to gym after removal of plate...will i get tht strength back in my left hand ?

Usually there is no problem. Are you able to perform the activities now with plate inside your hand?
