I have pinworms issue

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I recently observed itching in my anal area mostly during night I thought it might be infection or something and ignored . However this is causing serious issues as it's making me uncomfortable in public areas as well. Recently when I was on my menstruation I saw worms with blood and I got freaked out and then researched about it and came to know these are symptoms of pinworms. How can I cure the same ? Is it dangerous or have any long-term effect ? I am getting married soon so highly concern about the same.
