I'm having headache I have done a X-ray but can't decode it Please help me out It's painful a lot

Headaches have a lot of causes. Most common ones are due to stress, sinus blockage, Migraine, etc. Very rarely something significant like a stroke or tumor may cause headaches. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. If pain persists then consult a Neuro Specialist.

Xray will not find the internal injury or cause of headache go for MRI and CT scan, I can understand your problem it may be due to migraine, head injury, neurological or neuromuscular symptoms causes in your body need medical and physical history for proper diagnoses for further discussion and better treatment take an online appointment for consultation.
