I have only one side swollen lymph node
Right side neck.doctor told submandibular lymphadenopathy.one enlarge node 9mm can it cancer.also skin problem.

Submandibular lymphadenopathy is related to pathology in oral cavity not skin! If the node is stony hard and painless then it is most likely to be cancerous. If it is tender and painful, it is most likely an infection. If it is soft and cheesy to touch, it could be tuberculous.
