I have missed periods
Okay so I didn't get my period from last 5 months and recently i started taking iron tablets it has helped me to get period stains but not periods . I am really concerned . My mother says if I'll go to gyna she will give me pills and that way i have to relay upon a gyna pills forever to induce my periods. I haven't engaged in sexual activity . Virgin but yes have masturbated once or twice to be honest but i guess that doesn't affect my periods ? Can you tell me what to do?

Hello.., you don't have to worry...,masturbation don't affect Menstrual cycle .. At this age irregular period is common due to immature hypophyso-ovarian axis .. It will become normal as years roll on. Doctor give pills with cause withdrawal bleeding . But wait for another 1-3 year . Pcos is common during thses days . Maintain fitness.
