I have Irregular pulpitations in Chest
I have Irregular Palpitations while doing work and When Running.I Feel Fast Pounding in throat .and Huge Chest Pain .the Chest wall is Swollen . it is caused by huge anxiety from last month.I done ECG it is Normal .Please suggest me

This is quite suggestive of a atrial tachycardia which is a form of arrhythmia (where your heart rate goes haywire). You need to consult a cardiologist right away. Do not ignore.
