I have infection in my right eye.
Since 3 days there is problem in my right eye. There are dots on my iris due to conjunctivitis. Continuous painand fever is also there.

You may need
A. Soft steroid like fluorometholone in slow tapering doses
B. Lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Cyclosporine eyedrop twice daily can be used for long period
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
