I have heavy bleeding since past 20 days

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have heavy bleeding since past 20 days i habe tried to stop it by taking 'pause mf'. but it is not stoping at all and now leading into dizzyness and it feels like I have so much pressure in lower abdomen area. little bit of fever comes and go. in between i feel stoumch aches too. and now there is irritation on my skin near vaginal area because of continues usage of sanitary napkins.
