I have grade 3 vericocele
1.Scrotum Doppler report says
testis size is normal , but grade 3 vericocele on both size
2. Seman analysis report says normospermia
Sperm count is 80million

Better to undergo microsurgery and cure completely, lucky with grade3 your sperms are normal. So, advise you to get it removed and get permanently cured
