Hi,
Your HbA1C is borderline high now in Diabetic range.
But as you are still young you can manage it with lifestyle modification and diet alone. You need to be motivated to do it else in future you may require Medicine.
Please share your fasting and postprandial blood sugar and lipid profile for any specific advice.
