I have Eczema
I am facing this problem from last 4 years and have tried lots of medicine most of them was moisture based but not a permanent solution ,it appears around palm fingers and very pain full,skin gets dried an then breaks causes bleeding sometimes, keeps itching when it is hard amd about to break, same in feet also

Hi
You seem to be having recurring hand eczema. this may be due to a skin condition like psoriasis. this generally becomes worse in winter or during periods of stress
All such conditions need you to follow regards
gulag maintenance of skin like using a thick hand cream often as well as salicylic or tar contains creams once or twice a day. it is impossible to offer a cure but surely possible to control this.
if you have tried all these and are still not happy with the results please try phototherapy which can bed used at home
