Water is coming from eye. I checked with doctors of Aswin Hospital of Army. They advised for opeation of DCR

Hi, According to the age and symptoms of watering, it can be because of the duct blockage called Nasolacrimal duct, which is the drainage system f the eye. Usually the doctors do a procedure to find out the location of the blockage by a process called Syringing, where water is passed through the duct in the eye.

If the above test is done and confirmed, as suggested by the doctors, you should be getting the surgery done.
