Blockage of nasolacrimal lacrimal duct is not uncommon ,once it happens only remedy is dacryocysto rhinostomy,in short called DCR,you can undergo for this surgery ,your problem of watering will be solved.

Hi, According to the age and symptoms of watering, it can be because of the duct blockage called Nasolacrimal duct, which is the drainage system f the eye. Usually the doctors do a procedure to find out the location of the blockage by a process called Syringing, where water is passed through the duct in the eye.
