A human body starts producing sperms from puberty till ripe old age. There is NO organ in the body where these are stored, hence once produced they have to be expelled out of the body. Puberty also brings sexual thoughts in the mind of the male teenager, and this makes them have sexual vivid dreams where in semen gets discharged. The erections happen due to increased blood flow to the penis. This can not only happen at sexual thoughts but also at exerting at stools, doing exercises, excitement of any type, and even in sleep.
So an erection does not mean that sex should happen.
Also teenagers learn that rubbing the penis in a specific way may give pleasure and this they go on doing when aroused. This is masturbation.
Masturbation is usually done in privacy so as not to offend others. A person who doesnot masturbate has large quantities of sperms produced and the body then produces vivid sexual dreams where in the semen gets discharged automatically, this is called wet dream or night fall. Boys who masturbate not only enjoy the feelings of joy at massaging the penis but also can get good mental satisfaction having seen sperms ejaculate from his penis. The relaxation which follows an ejaculation is also very relaxing. So masturbation brings many benefits. It also prevents the messy staining of sheets and clothes.
But one must learn to masturbate slowly, taking time, using lubricant if required, so that you learn to enjoy the sensations for longer time. DO NOT Masturbate more than once a day, also when you do it dont try to build a very fast rhythm, so do it slowly taking lots of time, and when you feel that you are going to ejaculate, stop masturbation, think of something else and thus your ejaculation can be avoided.
Do this many times and at everytime try to maintain erection for longer time. If you need you can squeeze the shaft of the penis below the glans between thumb and finger and this will prevent the ejacualtion .
