I have crabs/pubic lice

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Please let me know an over the counter shampoo or ointment (even oral medicine, if required) available in India which would definitely "kill" all the crabs/pubic lice and their nits. I have applied normal shampoo anti lice like mediker and it doesn't work. Please help, thanks!
