I have constant GERD
I am a 28 year old male. I have been diagnosed with GERD, and I am trying to eat correctly but nothing seems to work. I desperately need some advice

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Pantakind-flux once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
