I have back pain at lower right side
I have back pain at lower right side and today i have got to know that there is stone in lower pole of right ureter measuring 7.5mm in size with mild hydronephrosis. What could be the solution for this type of case?

There is about 40-50 percent chance of spontaneous passing of stone within 3 weeks.
Take plenty of fluids,rest, along with
Potassium magnesium citrate solution 15 ml mixed with glass of water thrice daily.consult urologist in the vicinity for further evaluation and drug support.
Good endoscopic removal procedures also available if stone does not passed within reasonable time period.
