I have a rigid tan on T zone of my face.
I have been trying to get it off my face but it looks like it has been years, and it's getting bad with time. I don't feel my skin is healthy. I get sun burned easily, even if I walk out in sun for 5 minutes, my skins gets all dead look. I have a uneven skin, skin on my cheeks look somewhat healthy as compared to my forehead and chin.

As per your complaints I think you are working in sun for long time. Sunscreen is the best option to prevent sun tan and sun burn. You can try chemical peeling for the pigmentation which has now occured on your face.
