  4. I have a ovarian cyst. Any kind of harm?

I have a ovarian cyst
I just did a sonography test and it had a ovarian cyst in right side of 21.2 cc volume. I have a pain in both side of my abdomen. What should I do now? Will it stop fertility or any kind of harm??
