I recently had abortion in my 8th month bcoz of low water in uterus for baby nd not fully developed I have abort my baby by normal procedure I have two stitches in lower area what precautions should I take so that my stitches recover fast and my breast also leaking doctor advised me to wear tight clothes

Hello Regarding your stitch at perineal area you should not sit with cross legs and dont do much foce while passing motion. Keep clean stitch area and regular wash that area, you shoul apply local ointment like Metrogyl P after wash for initial 7-10 days after delivery.after that no need. REgarding secretion from milk if you are not feeding your baby and you want to stop milk from breast than you should do two thing 1 Take T cabergoline 0.5mg BD for 1 days. And 2 Wear tight bra. If you are feeding your baby than secretions from breast are normal thing Thanks
