I got giddiness while i wake in morning. and i am in sleepy mode in the half a day. then i become normal. after that in the evening i got again that giddiness problem. while giddiness i have a breathing trouble too. and am working in IT, am sitting around 8 to 9 hours in a day. and my spinal is paining too. i don't know what happening to my body. can you please explain.

Hello....... You are feeling sleepy ,so dizziness due to lack of sleep. Try to sleep till you get refresh and see if you still feel giddiness... Take leave from the work.. Sit straight with erect spine while working.. Yoga and meditation brings freshness in life.. You can try it....
