This is an answer from Ayurveda point of view.
Medicines :
Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml + Poonarnava mandoor 2 tabs
Liv 52 - 2 tabs + 2 tsp Liv 52 syrup after every meal
Triphala 1 tsp with warm water before bed
